Brandi Glanville is getting back to her best self following a harrowing 15 months.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star - who has been trapped in a legal battle with Bravo and RHONJ alum Caroline Manzo since last year - is focusing on self care after the ordeal left her with stress-induced angioedema, which causes swelling and rashes.
Speaking to Dailymail.com at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in West Hollywood on Thursday, the 51-year-old said that she's been getting treatments at the popular med spa in a bid to look and feel her best again.
'It's been a long journey and I'm hoping to get back to a healthy place, but I still struggle sometimes,' she said.
'I've already done CellSound on my stomach and it's amazing - it gave me a six pack,' she gushed.
Brandi Glanville returned to the public eye on Thursday night to celebrate the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in West Hollywood following her legal drama with Bravo
The RHOBH alum, 51, received CellSound and Forma treatments at the popular med spa in a bid to look and feel her best again
'Tonight I did some Botox on my eyes and I'm doing Forma on my neck. I did it years ago and I'm obsessed with it!'
CellSound and Forma are both non-invasive body contouring procedures; CellSound focuses on reducing body fat using therapeutic sound waves, while InMode Forma stimulates collagen through radio frequency waves.
After her legal drama with Bravo left her unable to work temporarily, Brandi turned to OnlyFans to keep the cash rolling in.
'It's going really well right now,' she shared. 'Sitting around and taking pictures of yourself is great, but I also like to do photoshoots with my friends.'
She added, 'We all went to Vegas to shoot for OnlyFans and we had the best time!'
Brandi admitted that her battle with angioedema - which at one point left her hospitalized - has damaged her confidence, but says her latest cosmetic tweaks have helped her feel good again.
'I haven't been comfortable in my own skin lately so I haven't been posting a lot, but I'm looking forward to feeling sexy again!' she said.

Brandi was embroiled in a messy legal battle after filming a season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco last year.
Caroline Manzo accused Bravo in a lawsuit of encouraging Brandi to touch and kiss her without consent during the trip - accusations Brandi has called 'absurd' and 'demonstrably false'.
In early April, RHUGT producer Lisa Shannon said in a court filing that Caroline had told production at the time that she 'did not feel sexually violated'.
Reacting to the filing, Brandi tweeted on April 17, 'Sooo I've been vindicated by Bravo and nobody cares!!! I guess it's much more exciting when I'm being accused of sexual assault or being called a rapist. What is wrong with f***ing people. I guess ruining lives is more exciting than vindicating a person SERIOUSLY!'
Mary Jo Eustace walked the red carpet with son Jack McDermott
Parvati Shallow from Survivor and The Traitors also attended the event
Jon Gosselin served as the official DJ for the night, spinning tunes for guests for hours
Speaking to Dailymail.com about her vindication, Brandi said, 'They said absolutely nothing happened and Caroline was fine.'
She continued, 'It's just really unfortunate that it took them fifteen months to stand up for me and say anything.'
Brandi is now looking forward to moving past the drama and getting back to work.
'I'm so ready just to not have health issues again,' she said. 'Hopefully nobody ever puts a label on you because I feel like it's the hardest thing I've ever been through.'
Brandi was supported by some of her fellow Real Housewives stars at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center event, including Taylor Armstrong and Phaedra Parks.
Also at the event was Jon Gosselin, who served as the official DJ, Survivor star Parvati Shallow, and Mary Jo Eustace.
The stars were treated to some of the center's top procedures, with Phaedra getting CellSound on her thighs while Mary Jo enjoyed Morpheus8 - a revolutionary non-invasive anti-aging treatment - along with some lip filler.
Brandi has previously credited CellSound for helping her get her abs back
The reality star also says that her treatments at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center have helped to make her feel sexy for OnlyFans
It was first reported last year that Brandi allegedly inappropriately touched The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Manzo during their trip to Morocco for the show.
The Bravo vets filmed Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club in January of last year.
However, filming was abruptly stopped in the middle of the season after Brandi allegedly non-consensually kissed Caroline, 62, during a party.
A week after those allegations surfaced, sources claimed that Brandi was reportedly drunk and touched Manzo in the area of her breasts and genitals over her clothes while the two were in a bathroom.
The incident between the pair allegedly happened during a private party and there were no cameras in the bathroom where the groping reportedly occurred, but the women were mic'd up so there is audio.

The reality star said that the legal issues left her with stress-induced angioedema
After the incident, both women left the series and Caroline said she will never return to the franchise.
Brandi has repeatedly said she was set up, denied the allegations and insisted that things didn't go down the way they were being reported.
She called for producers to release the audio of the incident to clear her name.
Brandi also called the Girls Trips spin-offs 'the wild west' and detailed filming for 19 hours a day 'fueled by alcohol'.
She said: 'No, they don't force you but they want you to and you want to please the producers. I think that you know when we're all exhausted and we're doing 20 events a day working 19 hours, fully wasted it's not a safe environment for any of us and that's what the Girls Trips are.'
